A new Inkjet film for UV positives is now available, suitable for Epson Inkjet printers. https://www.megauk.com/artwork_aids.php (have to scroll down a fair way) its called JetStar Premium. I bought a pack of 10 A4 sheets to tryout. I have to admit, these blow epson transparencies out the water by miles.

As I produce prototypes and pre-prod PCB's in house, I gave the film a severe test.. I produced some SMD PCB's with some difficult tiny IC's, SOT23's & 0603 res's & caps. I set my new Epson R200 up for Photoglossy (5760 dpi) and turned off 'Hi-Speed' in the advanced options. The result was amazing, the film exposed to UV 0.8mm PCB with great results.

They do laser film too, for you laser guys.

I only just found this company recently, anything remotely connected with PCB design/production is here. At last a one-stop shop for everything..
