FM transmitter/receiver

Hi, I have searched the forum already but could not find anything that I could use so here is my question. I need to build a simple FM transmitter/receiver that will trigger 1 of the 3 relays each time u press buttons 1 to 3. So i have 3 buttons to individually control each relay, but I don't know what the circuit would look like. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try cannibalizing the remote starter from a car. Try searching the forums again and vary your key words a bit, this topic has been covered many times in various threads.
