FM Transmitter and Receiver

Could you please suggest me circuit for an FM Transmitter and Receiver which has a range of about 10 to 15 metres?.Are there any standard ICs for
making an FM Receiver?.I wanted to use these in a remote control circuit.
We intend to transmit DTMF signals through an FM transmitter . The FM Receiver
situated at a few metres away receivs this tone and its output is given to a
DTMF decoder where the BCD output is used to drive a relay and hence an
electric appliance. Please help.

You need to supply far more information, there's nothing there to give us a clue what you're wanting to do!.
