FM Linear time invariance

Good day

I would like to know how to determine if an FM signal is linear time invariant?

Any help would be much appreciated

If it was just a pilot tone. yes

But evertime commercials are play between a batch of songs how can it be invariant of time?

I can't even thing of time invariant commercials which used to be popular.
