Fluke 17B

Considering the purchase of a Fluke 17B as an alternative to the more expensive Fluke models. I'm looking for anyone with experience with this meter or comments in general about the Fluke models that are "for the Chinese market only" (15B and 17B).

Accuracy is low. There is no mention of voltage burden on the current scales. Probably average responding, RMS reading and True RMS. No Peak hold. No backlight.

Old in terms of year 2002, revised in 2004.
