Flourescent lamp voltages

I apologise, going from memory I thought a F32T8 tube is 8" length (T8)?

I seem to remember a F4T5 was 4W and 5" length.

The F# is the wattage of the bulb and the T# is the diameter of bulb in 1/8's inched.
F4T5 = 4 Watt, 5/8 inch diameter.

Fluorescent lamp voltages

Two things.

First: I would not rely on the TCP website for fluorescent lamp specs.
Try going to the NEMA website and search the ANSI standards for what you need.
I'll help you with the first one, search for C78.81-2010, electrical specs for tubes.
It's free to download and is the correct data.

Second: An F4T5 is not a 4W 5 inch long tube.
It is a 4W 5/8 inch diameter tube.
