Fluorescent lamp voltages

Two things.

First: I would not rely on the TCP website for fluorescent lamp specs.
Try going to the NEMA website and search the ANSI standards for what you need.
I'll help you with the first one, search for C78.81-2010, electrical specs for tubes.
It's free to download and is the correct data.

Second: An F4T5 is not a 4W 5 inch long tube.
It is a 4W 5/8 inch diameter tube.
You can also find this spec for this on the NEMA site.
