floating dc to dc conversion

can you help
I need to take a floating 0 -10v dc i/p multiply the signal by a number to 6 decimal places i.e. 1.435678 & give a 0 - 10v dc o/p. anybody got any ideas.

What is the reason for the 6 decimal place requirement? It you really need that degree of accuracy, it can not be readily done with analog techniques.

Even doing it digitally would require a 22 bit ADC and DAC.
