Float charging and battery monitor help.

Hello guys I have :

Nokia li-ion 3.7v battery..
Nokia charger circuit
4060 timer circuit
5v relay

I want :

Float charging circuit
batter monitor circuit
voltage doubler circuit

Process :

Float charging circuit will charge the battery.... to prevent 4060 timer circuit from voltage spikes , fluctuation..

Battery monitor circuit will monitor the battery. As the battery is full ,it will turn off the charger else if the battery is low, it will turn on the charger..

Voltage doubler will generate approx : 6v to run 5v relay which will connected at the output of 4060 timer..

for the charger use this:

You will probably need a biploar transistor to buffer the output of the 4060 to drive the relay. Dont forget to put a diode in parallel with the relay coil to stop the back EMF

so these components will help you then, won't they. Unless you want to build the whole thing out of discrete transistors. If so, good luck
