I would like to ask if anyone knows about something like a computer controlled attracting device that actually attracts Tuna, or generaly fish. I found something but i cant find the circuit of this amplifier, the frequency etc.

I would be very suspicious of such a device. I would never pay money for such a thing unless there was a lot of research to back it up. You want to attract fish? Go the low cost way and bait a hook with a worm.

Tuna does or at least used to fetch a decent price. I'd be willing to bet that professional fishermen or avid amateurs have a pretty good understanding of what works and what doesn't. You might check to see if there are any on-line forums. Once you understand what might attract the fish you can then think about how to make it.

I seem to remember there being commercial products for this, including ones that attached to a downrigger cable.

Something about generating electrical "distubances" in the water similar to what predatory fish look for when locating schools of small fish.

I am sure if you google it, there must be something about this idea.
