hi memebers, i've just completed making the above programmer. when i test with the pickit 2 (troubleshooting) it checks out. however, when i go to program a pic i get a vdd voltage issue. i've tried 3 different pics(16f628a/16f84a) with the same result. i disconnect the data line to the pic and the vdd issue goes away. need some input.
