Is there a good way to catalog threads. I was looking for a recent discussion, but it rolled so far, that I had to do alot of searching. I asked this question once before, but the ony answer I received was confusing, and I couldn't figure it out. Thanks!

All the threads you involved will be automatically added to your control panel.
From UserCP you can click on 'view all subscribed threads'. There you get folder controls for inserting and arranging threads into different categories. OK?
