May i know what is meant by brushless fan?
If fan is clot with dirt, does it cause vibration?
Does brushless fan cause no vibration?
Please advise. Thanks.

A brushless fan has no carbon brushes or commutator. The "switching" is done with transistors.
Dirty fans can become unbalanced if the dirt is not uniformly distributed. It can also affect airflow over the vanes thus reducing efficiency. The fans usually fail due to worn bearings.
A brushless fan will cause vibration if the blades are not perfectly balanced.

Take a look at this animation.
