I build stuff for severe environments using eyelets (like pictured) and found (garage sale) a small quantity of eyelets that I used for .1" spacings. They were roughly .045" ID and .074" flange width. I used them all, didn't take any pictures, and now I can't find more of them. Does anybody have a source for very small eyelets?
Siska's smallest flange is .105", I need .075" max. I'm starting to think they were manufactured years ago and demand fell off and they're no longer made, I got them from an old dead guy's wife.
Based on the pictures, they appear to be Brass Rolled eyelets which falls within Electronic PCB assembly application. (Compared to PCB repair).
As a side-note;-- part of my Job(Avionics) involves tight tolerances in PCB, I can tell you that too big of a "split" on any side of a rivet gets rejected and you may want to either reconsider the length of the rivet or your tooling . (I can certainly understand that "Eyelet split" may not be an issue with your application)
Either way, do a search within manufacturers like Keystone , Stimpson, International Eyelet;
