Hi to all. I'm new to this forum and looking for help.
I'm having some hard time looking for replacement for obsolete MOSFET's.
I can find them online but ordering and paying costumes fee for my country is expensive and not worth it.
But I can't find any equivalent MOSTET's for the following:

NDP406BL MOSFET.

and

P60N06FI MOSFET.

They are MOSFET's from an old UPS that I'm trying to repair.

thanks.

Could the NDP406BL be a NDP4060L?

I think a P60N06FI is,

P = power mosfet
60 = 60 Amp
N = N channel
06 = 60V
FI = no idea!

Mike.

Pommie you are right about both of them.
The problem is I can't find them unless I order online.
And would like to find equivalents for them.

I'm going to replace the P60N06FI for one with 70N06.
You think there will be a problem?
And the NDP406BL for an BUK555/60
