equivalent of BYV27 (freewheeling diode for L298)

I'm looking for an equivalent of BYV27 other than NTE588 and BY229.

could anyone help me ?

Please tell us why those three choices aren't acceptable. This would help us find better ones for you..

Hi mneary,

I asked this question because I did not find any of them in the electronics market, but finally I found the BY229, it's equivalent of the others, right ?

You could try out UF540x series. they are ultra fast and in 3 amp series.
