Equivalent for TD62785 transistor array

hello all.
i'm looking for equivalent of IC (or TA: transistor array *not sure) of TD62785F, cuz its hard to find in indonesia. Or maybe equivalent schematic circuit for at least one channel. In that datasheet it says Eight channel non-inverting source current transistor array. but actually the case, my TD62785 is only one channel that malfunction. FYI: it's for yamaha psr-740 keyboard
