Hi Guys and Gals,

I am looking for an 8 pin IC of the following type, KA311170541Q . Not much is available in the small town in Philippines where I live.

My LCD monitor has got a power problem and this IC seems to be causing the problem

I would appreciate any information on the type of IC this is, and a possible equivalent.
