Hello
I try to repair office scanner, and have to replace two transistors. On transistor is sign D1857A so I think I need https://www.electro-tech-online.com/custompdfs/2010/09/2sd1918.pdf
But in my country I can not get it. Which equivalent can I use?

do you have NTE cross refrense book #11? or call digi key for a cross. I know they could help they ship over seas.

None of my databooks list this device ( going back to 1993).
