Equivalent Circuit For Solar Cell Solarex MSX 005F Pilot Cell CPC1824 For Simulation

Guys,, can you help me with this please??

i need to know the value of Rseries, Rshunt and other parameter.

or you can give me anything so i can simulate those 2 solar cell..

here's the specification for Solarex
Voc = 4.6 V
Isc = 160 mA
Pmax = 500 mW
Vpmax = 3.3 V
Ipmax = 150 mA

And for cpc1824 i can only find these
Isc = 100 uA
Voc = 4 V

help me to find those parameter please..
or how do i find/calculate those parameter?
