You use EPICWIN.EXE that came from the install diskette to program PICs with the Epic Plus programmer. Not sure what the pbc.exe is that you're requesting. If you are trying to interface it into MPlab, you can't. You use MPlab to compile your assembly to a hex file. Then you use EPICWIN separetely to program the hex file to the PIC.
