I'm just building a circuit and I want to know what is the emitter, base and collector
**broken link removed**

The first (left to right), is the emitter, the pin in the middle is the base and the pin of the right is the collector?

I have seen the datasheet, but I'm still a little confused. Thank you.

First the IRF840 is an N-channel MOSFET, no a bipolar junction transistor. It has a drain, gate, and source, not a collector, base, and emitter. This information is available by Googling the datasheet. To answer your own question try this...Google: IRF820

OOPS! forgot to send. :(
