EMI filter FAIL

So I was opening up this cheap Chinese ATX PSU, and came across an epic fail. As you may or may not know, most AC-DC SMPS have some kind of EMI filtering before the bridge rectifier, which helps smooth input voltage and keep the PSU's switching noise out of the mains. One of the components used in the EMI filter are Y capacitors, which are supposed to be used in pairs, parallel with the input and with the connection between them grounded to the chassis.

Apparently the engineers who made this PSU failed to grasp that concept, and failed in two ways. See if you can spot them.

Yeah, they'll do a little bit of filtering there, but they'll be about a tenth as effective as if they'd been used properly. Way to go Golden Tiger Electronics, you certainly know how to make them .. fail.

Derp. I failed too. Bridge rectifier is screwed up.

You get the idea though.

What is so wrong with the bridge rectifier?
It looks OK to me.
