What would be the right forum for electromechanical devices such as tone arms, motor driven servos etc? Not just old stuff like turntables and tape recorders but not robotics either.

I finally invented a new way to make a passive linear tracking tone arm although I'm a few decades late!

That would fit under Robotics and Mechatronics pretty neatly. I like the word Mechatronics myself =>
