No, at 50/60Hz you would need a large value of inductance to make any difference. Only some light bulbs coiled filaments - many are just straight, presumably it's done to get more wire in the same space?.
Many tungsten lamp filaments are a small coil that is then coiled again. Niel is correct, it is mostly to pack more light source into a smaller area. A filament can be nearly 2 feet of wire coiled up.
