Eagle board text size

I am trying to reduce the size of the text on the board layout in eagle,, It is the right size in the schematic, But about twice the size on the board , Or is there a way to turn of text on the board , Its drivin me crazy

Any help as usual is greatly appreciated

You mean the names layer text?

Smash the component with the smash tool. This lets you select the name text with the 'info' tool. You can change the size, ratio, and font type in there.

You could also disable the layer they are on. Which is named something like tName, bName, tValue, bValue.

Thanks guys

I have done the disable layer and that works ,,
But i cannot get the smash to work but i will keep trying,,
The text is almost bigger than the part, And will get confusing when the board is full
