Eagle Board Design Giving Angle Errors After Using Auto Route Feature...

Hi all,

For some reason my board design in eagle is giving me tons of Angle errors after I run the auto-route feature. I set the grid size to 8mil since I am dealing with a small board. I have attached the eagle files to this thread.

My main concern is, if I send this to a PCB manufacture, will this cause any problems in the creation process?

I attached both the board/schematic files and an image of one of the errors.

Angle error won't affect function or production, and you can suppress them.

That's an Eagle bug from the first edition till now.

Even using all parts based on imperial scale a grid finer than 0.025" will not route properly.

If you want to suppress angle errors just uncheck "angles" in the DRC setting.

The second way is to approve the angles.
