Dynamic aspects of transistors

Hello all,

I'm connecting an IR2111 gate drive to IRF830 MOSFETS for a DC - AC power converter. Now, for the resistor Rg(off), ie the negative rail mosfet, I've come across some formulas that include a transistor capacitance 'Cres(off)'. I can't find this value on the datasheet. What I have found is 'Ciis - input capacitance', 'Coss - output capacitance' and 'Crss - reverse transfer capacitance'. My question is: Is Cres(off) another term for one of the three I have mentioned, and If not, where could I find this value for the particular mosfets I am using?

P.S. This is the formula: Rg(off) < [(Vgs(th)) / (Cres(off) x dv/dt)]

Thanks in advance
