DTMF HELP NEEDED!!!! please help

I want to make a project in which I would call from 1st phone to 2nd and recieve the call on 2nd phone and then send the DTMF signals from 1st phone to 2nd phone and decode it with the help of 2nd cell phone .

CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT I WOULD REQUIRE TO DO FOR THIS I MEAN WOULD I GET THE DTMF SIGNALS ON THE 2ND PHONE NORMALLY OR THEIR WOULD BE ANY CHANGE ???

Are the 2 phones extensions phones (with the same exchange number), or do they have individual exchange numbers?

basically i would recieve the call on 2nd phone and then press numbers on 1st phone and then recieve the respective code for each no. on the 2nd phone using DTMF

Sure. Google for "DTMF decoder with LCD" there are some cheap kits and products that will "hear" the DTMF tones with a little microphone and display the numbers on the built in LCD. I'm not really sure what use they are but it sounds like the same result you are after.
