please somebody help me why my CM8870 dtmf decoder ic not decoding and why my std pin can't get any output. i already connecting my circuit as given for unity gain in datasheet of CM8870.

You put it in upside down.
You can't solder.
Your breadboard is useless.
You used mains instead of battery.
Etc.

Do you really expect anyone to guess what the problem might be from that description.
