DTMF decoder with MIC

Hello...
Can anybody give me a schematic of a DTMF decoder. I already found one but it does not have a mic connected to it. I need a mic connected to my DTMF decoder since I am going to recive teh AUDIO format of the DTMF.

To tell you in short and simple words,
DTMF decoder ic decodes the DTMF tones in to BCD

which means it will receive DTMF tone at its input
and give 0 to 12 in BCD at its output

what is ur end application? I mean where u r going to use this ic ?

for this I need FM tx and DTMF encoder...
