Driving SVGA monitor using PIC microcontroller

Currently i'm doing a PIC project which requires me to drive a SVGA monitor using PIC microcontroller. So far, i only manage to get the display on SVGA monitor static... I wish to make the display dynamic...
So, i would like to ask any idea on how to make the display dynamic ??

If you look on the PICList for FFT, there's a project using a PIC to display an audio spectrum analysis on a VGA monitor.
