Driving a Laptop LCD

Hi All

I have a Laptop(NX6110) that suffered some motherboard failure and is way too expensive to repair.

I was wondering is there anyway I can wire the LCD to a standard VGA connector?

Has anyone tried doing this?

No you can't, most of the electronics for the LCD is on the motherboard.

there is nowhere in the data chain to the main LCD that is VGA on a laptop
