I have an old motorola v3 razr with a 64k TFT lcd. According to the manual, the razr also has a vga camera. If I were to activate the camera function, would it be possible to bypass the camera and drive the lcd with another vga source?

When they say the camera is "VGA", they mean it has at least 640 x 480 pixel resolution.

It does not mean that any actual VGA compatible signals are present, in any recognizable form.
