Dpdt rocker switch

Hi folks
i need a Rocker switchPDT centre off switch for home improvement.But this simple device is not available in my country.Can i use a two way household switch for lighting as a substitute and will it work?How do improvise if the latter not possible?

A two-way light switch is SPDT, I believe, so don't know how you could use that to simulate a center-off switch.
