i found a schematic for dot screen matrix on the web. i'm going to use the same original schematic but with mux 74138 i designed the attached picture
is there any thing seems bad ..........
That will work fine except that you need the resistors in the 2003 connections. Have you considered something like the MAX7219. One of these will drive an 8*8 display with multiple displays being easily implemented.
