Dog treadmill motor

hi i have a gym treadmill iam converting for to put my dogs on it had a dc motor on 180v iam haveing trouble finding something to power it and controll the speed

so i was thinking of useing ac motor but dnt know what phase motor or out iam wanting a motor to got fast enugh say for me to run on and i need to be able to control the speed of it from walking to running
any help and photos if possiable or eby numbers so i can get a idea of what iam looking for thanks.....
