Since meissner effect expels magnetic field from superconductor
I am wondering would variable magnetic field induce current in
superconductor coil?

Many thanks.

It expels magnetic fields from the super conducting region it doesn't destroy them, the field still surrounds the wire so inductance still exists. The exact mechanics of magnetic field interaction with a super conductor are well beyond my understanding but it does happen as super conducting generators exist so the answer to your second question would be yes.
