Does a table of PICmicro pinouts exist?

Hi, I use Altium Designer for developing my projects, but its libraries are outdated and I'm constantly having to create custom schematic parts.

I need to get a library of the more recent PIC parts made up. Normally I copy/paste the pin names/numbers from the datasheet into excel, then run a script to add them to the library.

This is fine, but I was wanting to bypass the copy/paste from datasheet step - does anyone know of a table/library with the pinouts (pin #, pin function) of the PIC parts?
