Do i need a separate Programmer for EEPROM?

Have a look at http://www.ic-prog.com for PIC programming software which does EEPROM's as well - you may need an adaptor to program an EEPROM.

If I was assuming internal EEPROM I've have listed my software!, ICProg covers EEPROM's as well as PIC's.
