Displaytech MEMS assembly datasheet or wiring diagram

I'm looking for any kind of info on Displaytech MEMS (micro electro mechanical systems) assembly ATV DTI p/n 4010013 (SEC parts code AA64-00900A) made for output video projection unit.

Basically these are micro units (they look like micro displays but they are not displays) that contain thousands of micro mirrors (each mirror is a pixel) that reflect the light from the projector bulb by aligning the mirrors based on whatever signal is sent to them.

Have you tried contacting Displaytech about that particular part number (or is the part number correct)?
