Diode/thyristor ID?

Hello all

Hope someone can help I'm having trouble with a trigger circuit on a dc brake unit (3p ac motor)
looking to replace the thyristor and diode?

thyristor markings - 0601 50RIA120590

Diode - IXYS DSA35-12A 506L

Also theres a cap - CAP 680V= 3-6 mA

I'v been looking for replacements @ RS components.

Please post a schematic, a vague description isn't enough to go on.

I think these components sould be ok.
