diode isolation

can anyone give me the detailed information on two diodes used in a circuit as voltage isolation with labelled diagram and with examples
 
There is no arrangement of diodes alone that will provide isolation. Where did you get this quaint notion?
 
do you really mean "isolation" or do you mean "blocking"
 
Or clipping or clamping?
 
Or, do you mean a parallel connection of two power supplies?

You will get no galvanic isolation of the voltage levels with diodes.

You can use a series diode to avoid current flowing back from say for example charged capacitors back into the source.

You need to be more specific about what you want to achieve rshafi68.
