Hi guys I want to use a simple envelop detector to detect a signal. The carrier is at a 100 MHz. Which diode can rectify well at these frequencies?

At a quick guess a 1N914 or a 1N4184 would be OK.

Jim's suggestions should work well. If you have access to any RF schottky diodes, these are often very good because they have a lower knee voltage and so are a bit more sensitive.
