Want to design a Digital Voltmeter Ammeter. ( Measurement Device )
Any clue for starting point of the Project??
Need some reference designs or chip set already used for above project.

Any idea about similar part with Microchip?? ( This is because of easy availability of developmental tools. )

The part I mentioned is a stand alone part and no software needed and, you don't need any development tools. If you want Microchip, then you might want to try the pic section of this forum. You could use the PIC onboard ADC, but would need to write code.
