Digital code lock..

Hi , friends..

I want to create a project which will be related to wireless digital lock..

Here I want to use infrared code lock system ?

For eg : I have my computer...
I want to connect this computer main supply wire to my digital lock...
So that as I press lock code in my circuit... it can give the power supply to my computer to turn... on
else turn off..

I want to do this wirelessly .. with the help of Infrared ...led

I want as I dial the lock code in my circuit from 5meter far-away.... from computer...
If the lock code match then my computer should on else it should be off...

Please help...
