digital clock

i have some trouble here....on how to build a digital clock, which has display of hours,minutes ,and seconds.
also, i dont know how to make the digital clock which it can convert it's time from malaysia time to australia time....

i made a digital clock with alarm and second counter using PIC chips, i used 6 chips (18 pin) but with mulitplexing it can be done with one, im not sure exactly how but someone here will help u out. can get toturials on pic chip coding somewhere too or you could use pic logicator or some other code wizard thing.
