Hi Gents,

Can anyone please suggest a suitable Dig. Circuit simulator. Freeware/shareware.
Although having used one a good few years ago, can't recollect what it was!
Spend to much time breadboarding circuits (combinational logic) must be easier with a simulator.
With Thanks,
Bill

There are Proteus and Multisim (Windows-based) but I don't sure they are freeware, it might be they have trial or shareware version.

LTSpice can be used for both analog and digital simulation, it has behavioral models for all logic functions. LTSpice is much more powerful than Atanua, but the learning curve is probably a bit higher as well.

Friend,
I'm not sure what exactly your expectation is, but you may try DSCH. It's windows based, really user friendly and comes in a small size file. The lite version is free and available online! Besides, you can find users' manual online, too. Enjoy it!
