The new voltage adapter must be able to operate in 110V (US standard) and 240V (Malaysia standard) and is able to supply DC voltages to most of the electronic devices, like camera, radio, hand phone, laptop and etc.

May i ask from someone help for the basic idea of the voltage adapter?
Any engineering software can help on this?can recommend some ?

Thank you very much :)

Each electronic device needs to have its own voltage and the adapter must supply enough current. You didn't even mention current.

How are you going to switch the output voltage of the adapter to the correct voltage for a certain electronic device without it being too high or too low?
If your new adapter has a max continuous output current of 2A (or more) and is used with a device that needs only 20mA then the adapter is much too complicated and too expensive.
