Depletion P JFET that's saturated at 0V

A depletion Jfet is turned on as hard as it can with a Vgs of 0V. A reverse bias voltage reduces its current and turns it off.

A enhancement mode Fet is turned off with a Vgs of 0V. A forward bias voltage turns it on.

You should look at the description of modes of Fets in Google. The words saturated and linear are opposite what they are for normal transistors.
