De-cogging tutorial for Motor Conversions

Hi Guy's,
Attached is a PDF file on the decogging aspects of making a wind generator from a 3 phase induction motor. My 2hp conversion is based on the offset method and if anyone wants to undertake a project like this should read this great file provided by a fellow called Dinges in the RE world.
